Accept your offer

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the relevant Faculty (course or unit-specific queries) or the UWA Admissions Centre or Student Administration (general enrolment or fee-related queries) through askUWA.

To start enrolling, there are three initial steps. The first is to let us know that you’d like to accept the offer you’ve been made.

Accept online by the deadline

You must respond to your offer online by the date indicated on your electronic offer notice.

If you have been made an offer but can't see it in OASys, or cannot log in to OASys, please contact the Admissions Office before 4.00 pm, Friday 15 July.

Log back in to OASys and click the Respond button next to your offered course, then Save your acceptance. You can then close OASsys and continue at the next step below.

2 Activate your UWA student account

You need to activate a password for your UWA student account in Pheme before you can enrol. It only takes a couple of minutes to set up your password and security information.

3 Set up your student email address

During the enrolment process, emails from askUWA and studentConnect may be sent to your UWA student email address. You can access it via the Web, or set aside a few minutes now to configure it through your computer or mobile device.

After you've worked out which units to take, you can continue and enrol online through studentConnect.
